You can turn a BidMate off any time BEFORE it encounters another BidMate. However, once your BidMate sees another BidMate bid, both will then immediately fire off all of their bids and this cannot be turned off. You can safeguard your ability to fine tune bidding strategy by checking to see if a BidMate has been activated by setting a BidMate with 2-3 bids. If they fire off immediately you know there is an activated BidMate out there.
