If you like Bidazzled, you are likely to need some more bids – and that’s the great thing about Bidazzled. At Bidazzled, you can easily bid for free for a long time simply by telling your friends. If you elect to purchase one of our bid packages, we reward you with lots of Bonus Bids. Just be careful, Bonus Bids only last for 7 days and then disappear never to be seen again. And if you elect to support us and purchase some bids, you will be bidding risk free as 100% of your paid bids can be applied to the purchase of the item should you not win the auction.
Stock up on Bids
Paid Bids cost $1.00 each; but your average cost per bid is actually much much less. In fact, bids cost between $0.00 and no more than $.69 each. First we give you bids for free to start, lots of bonus bids if you purchase bids, more bonus bids when you tell you friends and they join and when their friends join and even more bonus bids if you don’t win an auction in our Bids Back program.
Remember, we are funding a charity so we do encourage buying bids. Just know that you can Bidazzle for a long time for free.

Risk Free Bidding
Only at Bidazzled can you have the excitement and opportunity to win amazing items risk free and for pennies on the dollar.
If you don’t win an auction, 100% of your paid bids used on that auction can be applied to the purchase of that item.
If you used 100 paid bids (sorry, bonus bids don’t apply) on say an auction for a $499 laptop, you can now purchase that laptop for $399 as you receive a $1 credit for each paid bid. Oh yes, you still receive up to 50 Bonus Bids back in your account if you don’t win.

I’ve just won an auction. What now?
Firstly, congratulations – well done on winning the auction!
Once the auction has ended, you can proceed to your “My Bidazzled” page where you will be able to finalize payment and shipping preferences.
We’ll also contact you via e-mail to explain how to do all this. Just remember to pay for your item within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you haven’t paid within 21 days, we’ll assume that you’ve changed your mind and no longer want to buy the item.
Paying for the item you won
Just as for your bids, you can pay for your item by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. Please make sure that you pay within 7 days of the end of the auction. We’ll confirm receipt of your payment via e-mail and arrange for the item to be shipped to you. If the item hasn’t arrived within 14 days of our confirmation of our payment, please contact us.

Delivery Charges
The delivery charges for each item are shown on the auction description page. The charges shown are for delivery to the continental United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and territories incur an additional cost).
Can I change my username?
Unfortunately, your user name cannot be changed. When registering, please be careful not to select a user name that could cause offense or abuses the rights of third parties. If you notice such a user name, please contact our customer service team in case you find such cases on Bidazzled.
How can I pay for my bids?
You can pay for your BidPacks by credit card, via PayPal or ClickandBuy. We also accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
All pages on our site where you purchase bids or pay for an item you have won are secured by Thawte Extended Validation SSL Certificates. When you are on a secure page you will see the address bar containing the website URL and page turn green so you can be confident in transacting with us online.

How do I recognize a fake email entailing a request for payment?
Payments to Bidazzled can only be made via encrypted pages on the www.bidazzled.com website. Encrypted pages will show up as https/www.bidazzled.com/…… (note the “s” in the link). We utilize the highest level of encryption possible to protect your data and privacy. If you ever see an email asking for payment without this URL address – let us know immediately.
Please don’t respond to any emails which ask you to transfer money via direct debit or Western Union. We will also never ask you for you password.
